Brussels Sprout SlidersIngredients:4 tablespoons olive oil3 cloves garlic, mincedSalt, to taste20 large brussels sprouts5 teaspoons Dijon or grainy mustard1 package prosciutto or ¼ pound of your favorite ham, thinly slicedToothpicksMethod:Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the brussels sprouts in half from top to bottom.Combine olive oil and garlic in a small bowl then add brussels sprouts and stir to coat. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until sprouts soften and edges are crisp.Take one half of a sprout and top with prosciutto or ham and a dab of mustard then place another sprout on top, cut sides facing each other and secure with a toothpick.
